Voices and Choices

Sometimes we need to settle the mind, slow down the pace (and race), and become grounded with ourselves to let go of everything around us. We need to go inwards and go deep. That is the place where we are able to align with our own voices, and in that, our own choices. This is the divine connection and where the magic exists. We just need to be guided there and be brave enough to go inside and uncover the wisdom within.

Our voices hold so much power.

We just need to boldly step forward and use it authentically and vulnerably. I believe we are all passionate about something. We believe in the good, and we can create more positive change when we use our voice for positive impact. There are some things that get in our way that we just need to call out. For most women, they are: distractions, comparison, fear, and self doubt. These cause a feeling of knowing there is more inside, but not knowing what that is.

Our choices lead us.

They lead us either in the direction of our higher self or in the opposite direction. I believe most women experience both. We are not perfect. We are human. These choices actually matter as the ones we make that may not be the right ones, are teachers and opportunities to grow, to become, to learn and to affirm.

You are empowered.

Regardless of where you stand in your voices and choices, know that you are empowered to either take action, change, or move forward boldly. You are not alone because there is a community of us that are dedicated to more. The more being showing up vibrantly in our lives and crushing the self doubt and fear that keep many women stuck.

Life has grey areas.

Too often we can think in black and white terms, and the “all or none” thing (trust me, I know this all too well). However, we are often in the grey, which is a great place to be because there are no strict rules. The grey area has more compassion, more empathy, more flexibility, and more room for growth. It allows us to be “free to be me”!

The stage of life is yours.

You have the microphone. You have the message, the belief, the spirit, and the commitment to share your voice and empower others by your action.
